    INTRODUCTION

My name is James Jones. I am the author of this novel. I would like to thank all of you who have purchased this book, entitled Street Justice Served. I hope that you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. This novel is loaded with explosive criminal actions where you will meet some of the most vicious people on earth. It is not an easy story to tell because of the pain, suffering and bloodshed that remind us of the terrifying events that are happening in our neighborhoods today and every day. But tell it I will.

We will start this horrifying, heartbreaking story from the beginning. The place is called the criminal circle. There you will meet those who will capture you, judge you, and then sentence you under the laws of Street Justice. Throughout this novel, I will be giving you the accounts of some horrifying events as they unfold so that you will know the whole cotton picking story on Taylor Osborn as I do. But listen closely to what I will be telling you, because I will only say it once.

This story starts in Texas in a house that was owned by Sam and Alissa Osborn. They had grown up together as neighbors and classmates. Throughout those years they were inseparable, so it wasn’t surprising to anyone that they ended up marrying each other. It came to pass that Sam and Alissa had their first child, a female child named Loraine Osborn. A few years later, they had their second child. They named their son Taylor Osborn.

During grade school, Taylor made many friends who admired him for the kind of person that he was, always trying to do the right thing to please those around him. From the days of Taylor’s childhood, he was looked upon by all that knew him as being the perfect example for their children to imitate. During his days as a youngster, he appeared to be a quiet and easy going guy. He was a bright youngster who was not involved with illegal drugs, drinking alcohol, stealing or doing harm to others. Everyone who knew Taylor believed that his destiny was to become a preacher. Taylor’s sister and parents were very proud of him. They could be heard bragging about his potential when he reached manhood. The possibility of Taylor becoming President of the United States was not overlooked. He had everything going for him, tall in stature, 6' 3", 220 pounds, several manly tattoos, dirty blond hair. All the girls in town were crazy about him.

But Taylor’s way of life was about to take an instantaneous change. So much so that it would lead him into the circle of those who lived by the law called street justice. Surprising to everyone, Taylor dropped out of college to become a pimp. He procured prostitutes for others and earned his living by extracting a portion of the money paid to his prostitutes by their customers. Taylor would eventually leave a blood trail behind him that extended from Texas to the Big Apple. But Taylor had made one enemy too many who was following Taylor’s blood trail. He had made a vow to bring an end to Taylor one way or another.

There are two special groups of people in this book, and both are some of the most vicious people that ever walked the earth. One of these groups is the criminals, who have no respect for women, men or God. The second group is made up of correctional officers, whose task is to hold those criminals in captivity while at the same time not becoming victims of those who dealt out street justice.

Taylor’s street girls were to turn over his share of their earnings at the end of each day. Whenever one of the girls came up short of what he had demanded from her day of working his customers, her corpse with its throat cut would be found in some alleyway or by a roadside. The investigative police officers in Texas were puzzled by the ten prostitutes’ corpses that had been discovered. The ten murders had occurred over a period of six years and the police still didn’t have any lead on who had committed those killings. As a matter of fact, five of the corpses were found in the same neighborhood that Taylor lived in. The police were questioning every hoodlum in that neighborhood as to what they knew about the dead prostitutes. But the police came up empty handed. Taylor was picked up for questioning several times during those six years, but the police could find no evidence that pointed towards him as being the serial killer.

What could have happened to change Taylor Osborn so much that it caused him to drop out of college and become a pimp and a cold blooded killer? I can provide you with the answer. The turning point in Taylor’s life started when he lost his sister and the parents he loved so much. The incident occurred one night while Taylor was spending the night with his friend named Dogg. Four perpetrators entered Taylor’s home that night while Sam, Alissa, and Lorraine were asleep in their beds. They entered the bedrooms carrying butcher knives and hatchets which they used to brutally slaughter Taylor’s sister and parents.

During the police investigation into the death of Taylor’s sister and parents, several clues turned up that led to four suspects. The four suspects turned out to be four young women arrested on three counts of murder. The four young women had an innocent look about them that led some of the police officers to wonder whether or not they had made a mistake in arresting them. But after their confessions on how they carried out the brutal attacks on the three victims, it was obvious to all of the officers that the four young, innocent lookers were as treacherous as they come.

Taylor had taken the loss of his family very hard. No matter how much he tried, he could not find it in his heart to forgive those four young women whose wrongful acts turned his blood to ice.

As a big time pimp, Taylor was living it up in a lap of luxury. He was vicious and cruel to his prostitutes and trusted no one but his friend, Dogg. Taylor and Dogg had met in the fifth grade and immediately took a liking to each other. They were the best of friends ever since.

Before the birth of Dogg, his mother, Janet Miles, lived in the same neighborhood as Taylor’s parents. Janet, who was beautiful and single, had several handsome gentlemen who sought her hand in marriage. She did not turn them down because she was not ready to commit herself to one man, but it was because she had too many good choices to choose from. She wanted to be sure that she made the right choice. She had never slept with a man because she wanted to save herself for her husband.

Janet was walking home one night after getting off from work. She had taken a bus from her job, but the closest the bus came to her home was two blocks. She was six houses from her home when someone grabbed her and pulled her into an alley and raped her. Janet was so embarrassed by the incident that she was too shamed to tell anyone about it, so the rapist was never apprehended.

Soon after the rape incident, Janet realized that she was pregnant. She thought of committing suicide and came very close to carrying it out. But then an idea came to her and it appeared to be the better option to take. She went on a date with one of her pursuers whose name was Ray Hyman, and ended up in bed with him. Soon afterward, Janet broke the news to Ray that she was pregnant. Ray, who was deeply in love with Janet, asked for her hand in marriage, and she accepted his proposal. On September 12, 1940, Janet gave birth to a son whom she named Dogg Hyman. During the following years, Ray and Janet had five children. They named the two girls Betty and Jane, and the three boys were named Tommy, Kent and Ray. It was after Janet had her last child that she decided to tell her husband about the rape that led to her pregnancy with Dogg. Ray was very understanding and told her that they had six children together and nothing else mattered and that was the bottom line. The matter never surfaced again.

Unfortunately Dogg’s ear was pressed against the wall that divided his parents room from his. He was able to overhear everything that was said. Now he knew that Ray was only his stepfather. He also knew that his real father was a low life rapist and that he was carrying his genes. He had heard people saying, Like father, like son!

Dogg loved his mother, but as the years passed his hatred for his stepfather and siblings became almost unbearable for him to handle. Whenever Dogg got the opportunity, he would go off to a secluded area where he would think of ways to kill his stepfather and siblings. It wasn’t until his mother became ill and was hospitalized for forty-eight days, that Dogg’s opportunity to exterminate the rest of his family was at hand.

When Dogg’s mother went into the hospital, his sisters had to do the cooking for the family. Dogg went out one day and purchased some strong sleeping drugs from a drug dealer in another neighborhood. He then waited for the evening when his sisters cooked a big meal for the family. Then he poured the powdered sleeping drugs into the food. But Dogg had no intention of eating any of the food. Sometime after Dogg’s family had finished eating, they started drifting off to their bedrooms to take a nap. After everyone had passed out, Dogg set the house on fire. Dogg was the only survivor of the fire. Now there were only two of them left, he and his mother, who was still in the hospital.

Both Dogg and Taylor dropped out of college in the same year, but for different reasons and they were two of the most handsome white men in the town. Dogg was 6', 190 pounds with brown hair that he wore in a ponytail. Dogg’s mother was very poor, and thanks to him, she was also a widow. Dogg knew that his mother was now his responsibility. He dropped out of college in order to get a job so he could take care of his mother. He found a job that he liked but the pay was lousy. He didn’t get a chance to hang out with Taylor any more because of the long hours that he had to work so they kind of lost touch with each other.

Then one day while Dogg was on his way from work he ran into Taylor. After chewing the fat for several minutes, Taylor offered Dogg a job proposition. Taylor promised Dogg that he would be getting three times as much money as he was making on his present job. Taylor explained that the job called for him to watch his back during business hours to make sure that no one iced him.

Dogg took the job without taking a second thought of the danger that would be involved. He armed himself with a P-38 automatic handgun that Taylor had given him. Taylor packed a .44 revolver in his shoulder holster. He and Dogg had once been classmates in school, but now they were team mates in the criminal circle. They would decide who was right or wrong and who should die or live to see another day. This is called Street Justice.

It came to pass that Taylor got into an argument with a dude because he had refused to pay one of Taylor’s prostitutes for the service she had rendered him. The man claimed that the prostitute had made him shoot-off too quickly. But to settle the matter peacefully, the customer was willing to pay her half of what she was charging for her service. The dude pulled out his wallet and handed the girl $50.00 and said that he wasn’t going to pay a penny more. That is when Taylor whipped out his .44 revolver on the man and ordered him to hand over his wallet which contained $300.00.

Dogg was standing a few feet behind the dude during the transaction, but the dude did not know that Dogg was working for Taylor. So when Taylor handed the empty wallet back to its owner and turned his back to walk away, the dude pulled out his Saturday Night Special handgun. Before he could level it off to plug Taylor in the back, Dogg squeezed off three quick shots into the dude’s back. The bullets ripped through the man’s spinal column, killing him instantly. Taylor, Dog, and the prostitute wasted no time getting away from the murder scene before the cops got there.

In a matter of minutes the cops arrived at the murder scene and found the man’s corpse lying on the sidewalk. The police started asking the people in the immediate area if they had seen who had done the shooting. But those cops were aware that this was a drug infested area of the city where a person could get rocked for just looking at a person the wrong way. The decent people in the neighborhood were afraid to point out the violent hoodlums that were terrorizing them.

When Taylor, Dogg, and the girl walked away from the murder scene, the dead man still had his heat in his hand as he lay on the sidewalk. Before the cops arrived, someone had come along and grabbed-up the dude’s gun. So when the cops arrived, they discovered an unarmed dead male with three bullet holes in his back.

When one of the officers checked the dead man’s wallet for identification, he learned that the man’s name was Donald Shane. Also in the wallet was a photo of the dead man and his brother, who was known by police officers as Detective Jesse Shane of the homicide division.

The officers knew that somebody was in deep shit for this killing because Detective Jesse Shane was one of the meanest motherfuckers that ever carried a badge. He had gunned down over twenty of the suspects that supposedly tried to escape.

After Detective Shane had buried his brother, he left the funeral with vengeance in his heart. He wanted to find the person or persons that had killed his brother. He had several snitches who were members of the criminal circle that he called upon to help him find his brother’s killer. One of the snitches gave him two names, Taylor Osborn and Dogg Hyman. Soon the manhunt was on and word got back to Taylor and Dogg that the cops were tearing up the city looking for them. There was only one thing left for them to do. So they grabbed up a few things that they would need and jumped into Dogg’s car. Dogg asked Taylor, Where to?

Taylor thought it over for a few seconds and then said, New York, where we will be able to disappear in the midst of many.

Taylor had brought along another handgun for Dogg. He handed Dogg the .38 revolver and told him to throw away his p-.38 automatic because it was hot. Dogg flicked his p-.38 out the car window and holstered the .38 revolver.

From here on Dogg, said Taylor, your name is Dogg Smith and I’m Taylor Smith. We are brothers. The Texas cops are going to be hot on our asses. We don’t want them to trace us all the way to New York.

Dogg glanced over at Taylor and said, Okay, I got you. But since we couldn’t take a chance on going to the bank for our money we are going to have to do something fast about putting our hands on some cash.

That shouldn’t be much of a problem, said Taylor. I know just the place where I can get my hands on some buried treasure. Let me take the wheel.

Taylor drove until they came to a house that had shrubs around it. He parked almost directly in front of it. One of Taylor’s prostitutes had told him what Dan White’s house looked like, the address, who stayed there with him, and how to get to Dan’s bedroom where he kept a large amount of money in a trunk. Dan always paid the girl very well for her services.

Taylor told Dogg to remain in the car and be ready to haul ass if things went bad. After Taylor got out, Dogg slid under the steering wheel and waited.

Under the cover of darkness, Taylor made it through an unlocked window of Dan’s home. He was aware that there were bedrooms in the house that were occupied by Dan and his two older tenants, Larry and Roger.

Taylor came upon Larry who was sitting on the living room chair watching TV. Taylor took out his knife and walked quietly up behind Larry and sliced his throat from ear to ear, killing him. Then Taylor entered one of the bedrooms where he found Roger in the bed sleeping. He walked up to the bed and stabbed Roger repeatedly in the chest area, killing him. There was one more to go. Finally, Taylor headed straight for Dan’s bedroom where he found him snoring like a hog. But Dan’s snoring was soon silenced by Taylor’s knife. Taylor stabbed Dan about twenty times and only stopped when he was sure that Dan was dead. Taylor saw the trunk sitting under the bedroom window. He quietly searched it and found one thousand dollars in it. He then left the house the same way he had entered it, returning to the car where Dogg was waiting for him. Under the cover of darkness, they left the area undetected by Dan’s neighbors and headed for New York.

It has been said by many that New York was so crowded that a mountain could get lost among the people there. And that was exactly what Taylor and Dogg were aiming to do, get lost in New York. As they would soon learn, there were plenty of places along the way where they would be able to stop over and satisfy their lust for pleasure before reaching their destination.

Taylor was holding up very well until his rod started pressing hard against his leg. He knew that it was feeding time, so he turned off the highway onto a road that led to a small town called Dayton. He continued driving until he spotted a motel. As they were getting out of the car, he reminded Dogg that from here on, it was Dogg Smith and Taylor Smith.

When they were entering the motel office to rent their rooms, a young woman stopped and gave Taylor a look over from his head to feet before exiting the office. Dogg and Taylor were glad the motel clerk was able to provide them with adjacent bedrooms.

Later that evening, Taylor saw the woman that he had seen in the motel office standing outside his room. He went outside and introduced himself as Taylor Smith. He learned that her name was Sally Winters, a traveling saleswoman. She had rented a room that was right next door to his room. Later while they were having what seemed to be a neutral conversation, Sally invited Taylor to her room for a nightcap and he accepted.

Taylor didn’t want to scare her off by wearing out his invitation, so he had one drink and said good night. She walked him to the door and allowed him to kiss her on the cheek.

The next day, Taylor and Dogg went out to some bars to scout for some beef. They met several beautiful women who allowed them to spend a lot of money for the pleasure of their company, but none of the women were willing to go to bed with two total strangers. In desperation, Taylor bought rounds of drinks for everyone in the bars that they went to in his attempt to impress the women, but they still ended up going back to the hotel with dry guns.

The following day was a lot better for both guys. Dogg went out to a bar where he met a girl by the name of Carol, a beautiful petite blond. He did not play her cheap by offering her a shot of whisky. Instead he told her to order whatever she wanted for as long as she pleased. She was overwhelmed by Dogg’s kindness and fell head over heels for him. By nightfall they were at her apartment and in the sack.

In the meanwhile, Taylor was back at the motel knocking on Sally’s door. Sally had just gotten out of the shower when she heard the knock. She went to the door in her house robe and let him in. She told Taylor to help himself to a drink while she finished drying off. But Taylor wasn’t interested in anything to drink. He followed her to the bathroom and walked up behind her. He started kissing Sally gently on her neck and ears until she started moaning. Then he picked her up in his arms and carried her to the bed where he continued to caress her body as she lay back moaning in delight.

She rolled over on top of him and started ripping off his clothes. After she had him completely naked, her foreplay began. She took his penis into her mouth and tried to suck it dry. Then he turned her over onto her back and climbed aboard. She opened up wide to welcome all of him. Taylor’s penis was as hard as a brick and she felt the thickness of his rod as he, with one thrust, shoveled every inch he had into her cunt. It wasn’t long before she was having orgasm after orgasm until Taylor exploded inside her waiting pussy.

Around the time Taylor was getting started with Sally, Dogg was just finishing up with Carol. He fell back on the bed and lay there for about ten minutes before making his move. Carol got up and went to the bathroom and while she was in there, Dogg got dressed. He then picked up the baseball bat that was lying in the corner of the room. He stood outside the bathroom door with the bat in a ready position and waited for Sally to exit.

Finally the bathroom door opened and Carol stepped out with a smile of joy on her face. She never got to speak one word before Dogg slammed the bat against her head. After she went down. He hit her fifteen more times in the head and face, but she died from the first blow from the bat. Dogg walked out of Carol’s apartment and drove back to his room at the motel.

In the meantime, Taylor had finished fucking Sally and was laying back thinking what could he do for some excitement. He looked over at Sally who was fast asleep. He got up and dressed while keeping an eye on Sally to see if she would wake up, but she didn’t. He searched the room and found some cord that he used to bind Sally’s hands and feet. Suddenly, Sally woke up and started to scream, but Taylor silenced her with one punch to her jaw. He had enjoyed having sex with Sally, but he got more satisfaction from doing what he liked best and this was the perfect situation for it.

After Taylor had finished gagging and tying up Sally, he carried her to the bathroom and laid her in the bathtub. She regained consciousness during the ordeal and tried to scream again, but her screams were quickly silenced by the gag being tightened up over her mouth. He left her there while he went to Dogg’s room to see if he had returned. He saw the car parked in front of Dogg’s room. He went to the car and opened up the glove compartment and took out a small can that he shoved into his pocket. He then entered Dogg’s room and found him laying back reading a magazine.

Taylor said to Dogg, Get dressed. I have something to show you. Dogg followed him back to Sally’s room where he saw her laying in the bathtub all tied up.

    Dogg said, "Taylor, what the
