    Coffee Twilight

    Ingredients for two servings:

    Two cups (100 ml each) of espresso,

    Two balls of cream ice cream or a filling,

    Two teaspoons of liqueur or cognac.

    Preparation:

    Make two servings of classic espresso.

    Let the coffee cool. Otherwise, the ice cream will melt too quickly.

    Pour the coffee into large glasses and put the ice cream ball. You can put two small ones.

    Add a teaspoon of liqueur or cognac in each glass.

    Serve coffee in Irish-glass. Put a straw in the drink and give the guest a spoon with a long handle, so that it's more convenient to eat ice cream.

    Spanish Coffee-Bonbon

    Ingredients per serving:

    A half of cup hot black coffee,

    A half of cup of condensed milk.

    Preparation:

    To make Spanish Coffee-Bonbon fill the glass to half the condensed milk.

    Strain Black coffee and carefully pour into a glass. Do not mix, for both layers.

    Serve Spanish Coffee-Bonbon in Irish-glass.

    Creamy Cappuccino

    Ingredients per serving:

    One tablespoon of coffee,

    120 ml cold cream 10% fat.

    Preparation:

    To make Creamy Cappuccino, cook 30-40 ml of classic espresso or black coffee and pour into a cappuccino cup.

    Prepare whipped cream. To whip the cream, you can use a coffee machine, a french press or a beater for milk.

    Pour the cream into the coffee as follows: first, direct a jet of cream to the center of the bottom of the cup. Then lightly make cream with a small circle. When the cup is almost full, lift the reliever and with a small amount of cream.

    Serve Creamy Cappuccino in cappuccino cups.

    Coffee Big Ben

    Ingredients for four servings:

    Six tablespoons of black ground coffee,

    One glass of water,

    Four balls of ice cream (15 gs each),

    150 g cream.

    Preparation:

    To make Big Ben coffee, make coffee in Turkish Coffee Pot.

    Make coffee, strain, cool and pour into tall glasses.

    Then in each glass put one ball of ice cream and whipped cream.

    Serve Coffee Big Ben in a glass of hurricane.
