      God, who should I dedicate this book to? Humankind? All the souls that ever were?

      This isn’t a beauty pageant, Danielle. Who do you REALLY want to dedicate it to?

      The love of my life, and fiancée Anthony. My family who is just awesome. And for everyone who’s ever come into my life because they helped to shape my experience.

      Now THAT’s a dedication.

      The earth is one tiny bud on a tree bigger than you can imagine, from a seed more loving that you can comprehend.

      INTRODUCTION

      The further away from oneness we are, the more you divide yourself into tiny parts. The more parts of you there are and the more distance between them means further denial of self. When you deny yourself, you experience dis-ease, discordance and poor health in all spheres of life. The reverse also holds true. The closer those parts move together, the more they amalgamate, the bigger and more expansive they get, the more we move back into our natural state of being. This is how healing happens. It occurs when parts of the self merge together. The closer we are to experiencing Oneness, the faster the healing takes place.

      By learning Oneness, by teaching Oneness and ultimately by embodying it, you move into a state of perfect peace, love and harmony in all things because you truly ARE all things. The fastest way for this perfection to be experienced is by connecting to source and teaching others how to do so. The moment you are truly connected to source, you are truly connected to you. The more often this occurs, the less space between connections, the more the particles blend together, the greater you are, the more energy you have, the more boundless your love. Eventually, the self will recognize that it needs to connect back to source and will initiate changes in the physical realm to indicate this. Similar to when a battery on a cell phone runs low, you also receive messages to plug back in.

      Fortunately, there is no time limit on the soul’s journey. However, the longer the messages are ignored, the more obvious they become. The messages can take the form of poor physical health, changes in career, uneven emotional state, and a general feeling of discomfort. The universe sends many messages, each catered specifically to the soul’s needs at that particular time. Merge the bodies, experience health. See your mirror reflection in your mother’s eyes, experience love. Look around you. It is all you. As much as your own hand is an extension of you, so too is every person you’ve ever crossed paths with, every dream you’ve ever had, every nightmare you’ve ever woken from. Accept all of it, accept all of you. I am you. Whenever you want to change an aspect of yourself, accept it for what it is. Love that part of you and then, and only then is the source of that particular aspect resolved.

      I love you. Do you?

      In April 2012, I had a calling to delve into the healing arts. I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I first learned Reiki but it came naturally so I kept on the spiritual path.

      While I was practicing Reiki, I devoured every spiritual book I could find. I was hungry for knowledge. As a result, my mind was full of information that I had no idea what to do with. I was new to all this spiritual stuff and didn’t know how to apply it to my life in a practical way. I didn’t know if I was coming or going.

      On a cold, windy March morning of 2013, I found myself sitting in a coffee shop with my head in my hands. Completely overwhelmed. I felt isolated and alone. If explained my predicament, my family and friends would’ve thought I was nuts or they just wouldn’t get it.

      That morning, I remembered a book I read about Divine channeling and the written word. I was both terrified and intrigued by the idea of asking a question on paper and waiting for the answer to come to me. But I was desperate. My desire for answers won out.

      This chat that you are about to read contains my innermost thoughts, questions and fears. This is me. Naked.

      I’m allowing you to see into a profound experience:

      My personal awakening.

      CHAPTER 1

      OH… MY…

      I don’t know what to do anymore. I have all of this information buzzing around in my head. So many opinions, so much information, so many stories. I don’t know what to believe anymore. I don’t know who this is to or why I’m writing this down but I need help.

      What do you need help with?

      Um, who am I even speaking to?

      God/Goddess, the universe, pure love, the great Mystery, Allah, Yahweh, The Great Unseen.

      God. Okay. Right. Are your intentions pure?

      Pure as they come.

      [long pause]

      God?

      Yes

      Why? Why are you talking to me right now?

      Haven’t you asked for help? For guidance? Haven’t you opened your heart enough to let me in yet? If not, I can wait a few more years…

      Those are some good questions, you pose. I suppose yes, if You feel I’m ready to talk to You then I’d be willing to let you in. I feel pretty special having you here all to myself though. Don’t you have somewhere else to be or something?

      Where would you have Me be that I am not? Is there anywhere that I am not? Was I not here before you asked for help?

      I don’t know how to answer these questions! I guess You’re always around but I just never figured you’d be willing to talk back to me. That you were more of a behind-the-scenes type of guy.

      I am behind the curtain, on stage and in the audience. I am in every line, every prop, every actor. I am the play and the idea that sparked the play.

      Okay, okay I get it. The Alpha, The Omega. But why me? What makes me special enough for you to talk to? Why aren’t you talking to everyone else that’s typing on their computers in the shop?

      What a wonderful piece of me you are! Why would you feel that you’re any different from everyone else on their laptops? You’re all perfect to Me. I love you so dearly. I am so happy you’re allowing yourself to finally have communication with me. There’s a lot that I’d like to say to you and through you in your books.

      Books?

      Yes, you will write books if you decide you love yourself enough to break the cycle of bitterness you seem to be caught in.

      Bitter? Why am I bitter?

      You’re bitter because you’ve attempted to use your creativity, haven’t been completely happy with the results and decided that if it wasn’t going to be perfect then there was no point in trying anymore. It is untrue, though. Every work that you make and create is a piece of you in the moment
