    Lemon Pepper Pasta Seafood

    Ingredients

    1 package lemon pepper linguine

    4 tbsp olive oil

    2 tbsp garlic

    1 tbsp lemon pepper

    1 pound medium shrimp

    half a cup of Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    Let’s do it! Bring a medium or large saucepan with water to boil. When it boiling add salt to taste. Then add pasta, and cook about 8-10 minute. Drain water, and return pasta to the saucepan. Set aside.

    Pour oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Chop garlic and add in the skillet, constantly stirring until translucent. Add lemon pepper seasoning. Peel and devein shrimp and after add in oil until shrimp is cooked, about 3-5 minutes.

    Toss hot pasta with shrimp and grated Parmesan cheese.

    Steamed Lemon Grass Crab Legs

    Ingredients

    2 tbsp vegetable oil

    3 cloves garlic clove

    1 piece fresh ginger root

    1 stalk lemon grass

    2 tbsp fish sauce

    1 tbsp oyster sauce

    salt and pepper

    2 pounds frozen cooked king crab legs

    Directions

    At the beginning, take the frozen crab legs to thaw.

    Heat the vegetable oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Then add the crushed ginger, pressed garlic, and crushed lemon grass and cook until golden brown, approximately4-5
