    It is possible to heal from anxiety, it is possible to take back control over your life and get rid of panic attacks: once you know the problem and you can scale it back, the way to full healing is then easy to follow.

    I got over my anxiety after 8 long years of suffering: I tried my best to get rid of it because it was the only way to get my freedom and my happiness back.
