      ..There is one person I could never thank enough: my teacher and mentor, Davide Balesi. I owe him my big life change, I owe him the first woman I picked up, I owe him the fact that every morning I wake up, I look at myself in the mirror and for the first time in my life, I believe in myself. I thank Davide Balesi because he helped me writing this eBook. He, believer in the concept of simple seduction, pushes people to write about their own experiences, to help others understand their own potential.

      Davide Balesi helps people to assert themselves! I probably will never be able to have sex with a model. But Davide Balesi will! But it doesn't matter! The results I reached in the seduction field are great and I owe it to him!

      ... Finally, when I approach a woman, I know the rules of the game! When I approach a group of women, I am no longer afraid, simply because the following day, when I wake up, I will have no negative consequences for what I've done. I learnt that people are jealous and will do anything to demolish your self-esteem. I learnt that your potential is already in you, from birth and that often it is society which represses it.

      Can you hate yourself? Yes, you can! I did that up until this year in February. I did it for twenty years, from my teenager years up to that life-changing month at the beginning of the year!

      Your self-esteem forms during the complex teenage years. Everything is perfect during childhood! I remember the Christmas day, when I unpacked my first gaming console and my only thought was playing, playing and playing.

      Me and my friends were the same back then, we would meet up at each other’s houses and we would try hard and play the most popular videogames for hours and hours.

      Childhood is so nice, you see girls as friends, you don’t know they will become the main source of your problems when you become a teenager.

      The perfect childhood picture starts crumbling down during your middle school years. With puberty, you start to feel strange impulses, you start to see your female friends, not as play mates, but as beautiful creatures that you want to kiss and hug. When the first sexual impulses started, so did my problems.

      When I’d go knocking on my friends’ doors to go play football with them at the park, I wouldn’t find them! I would see them later, on a park bench, kissing one of our friends. I wanted that girl so badly. She would tell me all her secrets. I was 15 years old!

      She was blonde, with green eyes, she was beautiful! All the boys wanted her. I was strongly infatuated with her. I lost my appetite, I couldn’t sleep at night. I decided to get some
