Chapter 1
A dream among black sheets
The black silk sheets barely touched Khloe's naked skin, absorbed in her bed, far away from the real world. Her dream started to become clearer and clearer. Khloe's face filled itself with grimace, the body lying on a side started shaking on the bed, yet slowly her dream started coming to life.
There was a woman with long hair, red like fire that fell on her light skin, curls with golden nuances. Her lips red like blood, her nose so perfect, her eyes emerald green that would have made any man crazy. She word a white down, transparent, you could barely see her small boom. Her feet were sinking on the ground, yet following a path in the wood, the woman was looking for something or someone.
All at once a lightning and right after the noie of a tundre, followed by one more lightning that hit the woman downloading all its energy on her, inside of her... the electricity was all around, her scream resonated all over the bushy wood. She fell to the ground, fainted or perhaps dead on the grass wet by the rain that was starting to pour heavily. The mysterious woman with her hair red like fire woke up from a long sleep, found herself in cold black silk sheets, she was naked, she was desperately looking for her gown, but could not find it. In front of her came a man, and his face? It was Shadow! The woman covered herself quickly with the sheets, but he abruptly vanished, like a shadow he disappeared among the sheets as black as pitch. The woman closed her eyes, just for a moment, and she found herself back in the woods with her candid white gown, everything was calm, everything was quite, except for the birds that were singing. The woman started singing...
«Khloe! Khloe... we are waiting for you...
The wood is calling you,
It's waiting for you only...
The nature is invoking you!
Listen to this raw voice
Have you seen that man? Who was he?
He was Shadow...
You must find a way for him to go away,
He might do some harm.
Do you know who I am?
Give me a name...
Ahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah!
You'll burn in the hell of my hair».
Khloe awoke suddenly covered in sweat, out of breath. She took her bottle of Gin from her nightstand and started drinking to forget the face of that woman. Certainly very beautiful, but she had some malice inside of her. Khloe remembered that in the dream, while the woman sang her song, her face had changed. She had turned into a vixen.
Khloe covered her face and thought to herself:
' It's not true Khloe, it's not possible. It must have been too much that bottle that Morgan made you drink at the ''Black Dog'' pub. Beer as if it were raining old Khloe... that must be why you're dreaming about that woman'.
Khloe burst into a loud laugh, looked at the alarm, it was 3am. Her head was about to esplode, she had a really strong headache. She hid underneath the black sheets, but the sleep was taking its time to come back, or perhaps Khloe didn't want to fall back asleep?
Why had that woman come to her in her sleep?
What did she want from her?
Too many questions were mixing up in her head. She took the Gin bottle and kept on drinking, until she fell back into a deep sleep.
Chapter 2
Who is Khloe?
Prague was wrapped in fog, it had its own charm. Khloe was lying on the bed and started writing the first page of her secret diary with the cover made of black silver and the letter 'K' in the middle, the starting letter of her name, in red silk.
On the carpet Moon, a black cat with emerald eyes, was sleeping and Khloe, for a moment, lay her eyes on her and told herself:
‘ Moon, I wish i were like you, beautiful and scratchy'.
She immediately went back to writing her diary.
‘Dear Diary, today is September 7th 2006, it's exactly 11pm, it's night... maybe I should introduce myself to you, my dear friend.
My name is Khloe Martins, I'm nineteen years old and live in Prague, I wish, someday, become a famous psychologist and who knows, maybe even write many books on the human mind.
My hair is the darkest shade of black, with locks red like fire, it's short in the back and longer in the front, it's straight and sulky. My eyes are cobalto blue, very shiny. I love piantino my lips and nails in black. My clothes are all either black or red.
Why black?
It reminds my of the night, the darkness.
Why red?
It reminds my of passion, a beating heart... and blood.
My friends define me as a dark, but I think I'm just myself, the little Khloe, with a fragile and hurt heart.
It's getting late and I still don't want to sleep at all. Do you know whose fault it is?
It's Morgan Dogeston's fault, beautiful and damned, green eyes, black hair going down till his shoulders, a well-built body... he looks like a demon!
Women go crazy for him and conveniently... me too! He might have understood I have a crush on him.
My best friend, Markus Strings, gifted me Moon, my black cat, for my eighteenth birthday. He doesn't trust Morgan and advised me to stay away from him unless I want to get hurt, but the heart wants what it wants, my friend...
Maybe Markus is saying this kind of things because he's very protective of me, we're like siblings.
There's also another reason why I don't want to sleep... it's the woman with red hair, I don't know her name, but her beauty is out of this world, she enters my dreams, she seems mad at me, she frightens me! I can't understand what she wants from me! There is also a man with her, I can't see his face... it's shadow! I call him the 'Shadow Man'. The woman with red hair seems to be scared of him.
Why am I making this kind of dreams?
What does the woman with red hair want from me?
She's perverted, evil, it's been a year since she started tormenting my mind... I'm scared!
Am I maybe going crazy?
I don't want to listen to her chants anymore, they're burning my mind!
Could it be because of my little flaws?
I drink too much beer and I love smoking weed.
They might be giving me hallucinations, I don't know.
I only hope I can get some sleep tonight, I'll hold on tight to Moon and I'll fall asleep like a baby.
This is me...
Goodnight'.

Khloe took Moon with herself and placed her on the bed. She took her clothes off and was naked. She got into the bed.
She laid under the black silk sheets, closed her eyes and her enchanted world came into play.

Chapter 3
Queenie Demetra
Khloe's phone rang...
«Hello?»
«Am I talking to Ms Martins Khloe?» - asked a woman.
«Yes, this is she. Who's talking?» - asked Khloe, curious.
«My name is Diane, I read your job request and I have a proposition for you» - answered the woman.
«Oh... nice to meet you first of all. What kind of job would it be?»
«My aunt Karol is a seventy years old woman and needs some company... you see... I can't do it myself, because I have three children, a job and a chaotic husband: The only one that could replace you is Kris, her twenty-three years old nephew. Ms, would you be up for the job of reading a few books to my aunt Karol?»
Khloe hung up the phone, frustrated.
‘Damn! Now I also have to look after a nasty old lady!’
The phone rang again, Khloe answered.
«Hello?»
«I'm sorry Ms Khloe, it's
