    I am an old cook so I have not even tried the recipes in the book yet, just avoiding all the don't eat stuff (except cheating and eating them anyways a couple times a week) and eating loads of fruits and veggies with nutritional yeast.

    I've been watching videos of the various doctors who promote a plant-based diet and Dr. Joel Fuhrman seems to ring very true to me. So do many of the other doctors who promote a plant-based diet but I wanted to begin my books on the subject with Dr. Fuhrman's work). I highly recommend this book to establish or regain your health and wellness.

    The book is clear, informative, logical, and scientific. Fuhrman brings common sense to the forefront and breaks up many myths, misconceptions, and misunderstandings preventing people from losing weight and obtaining optimal health.
