    Blueberry Cornmeal Pancakes

    Ingredients

    one cup soy milk

    a half cup water

    one cup whole wheat flour

    a half cup stone ground cornmeal

    one teaspoon baking powder

    a half teaspoon baking soda

    a quarter teaspoon salt

    one cup fresh blueberries

    two tablespoons vegetable oil

    Directions

    The oven must be at a low degree.

    In a medium bowl mix the soy milk with water.

    In another bowl, whisk the baking powder, cornmeal, salt and baking soda together. Mix with the soy milk mixture until just combined.

    Fold in blueberries and put
