The idea behind writing this eBook was to encourage, educate and empower you to improve the daily nutrition intake and thus lead healthier lives.
It’s been almost a year wherein I have replaced breakfast with a smoothie. I had realized that we were not having enough fruits and vegetables in our diet. After reviewing 100’s of recipes and practically trying out 40 odd recipes. I have mixed and matched various ingredients am sharing such 10 Nutritious Recipes using fruits, vegetables and seeds through this book.
Smoothies are a fabulous way to get a sizeable dose of nutrients first thing in the morning or any time of the day. In addition to that as they help
