About this ebook
Some of us find ourselves in a rut at times. The ruts discussed here are environments or situations that are hindrances. We sometimes are in a situation that's controlling, traditionally dogmatic or even abusive. Instead of allowing our circumstances to keep us stuck, we ought to find our way out. This book entails unique ways in which we can free ourselves from ruts and actually see them in good light and as stepping stones to work our way towards a better life and being an example for others who also want to come out of their quandaries.
