- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Short, Precise yet very impactful. I was not expecting to cry when I started reading this book. Thank you for reintroducing me to my inner child. This was a powerful book. Highly recommend.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Simpla si practica, exercitii foarte usor de aplicat si care ajuta la investigarea evenimentelor si interactiunilor din copilarie care ne au facut cine suntem ca adulti.
- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5Provided a range of exercises to help heal your inner child
This would be important to someone who doesn’t have experience with therapy1 person found this helpful
- Rating: 2 out of 5 stars2/5There are some worthwhile exercises suggested, but the more I read this, the more I realized that the author isn’t a psychiatric professional. Her writing style seemed very ineffectual, and overall lacking in experience. There were a few typos as well (impressive— this is only a forty-page book), and that combined with the writing style gave to feeling of this read having been slapped together in the matter of another week. It needs to have gone through another edit.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5There are some good ideas for visualization exercises, but the numerous typos are a bit distracting.
