This book is dedicated to people who have already tried just about every restrictive diet out there, or those who have exercised themselves to the point of sheer exhaustion, but still haven’t achieved the body they wanted. This is for those who have shunned the company of others, just so they won’t be tempted to break their diets, and for those who ate by themselves so they can count calories without being judged or scorned -—and still can’t shed off stubborn fat.
Maybe, just maybe, the path to a sculpted physique is not changing what you eat, but rather when you eat.
Intermittent Fasting or IF promotes abstinence from food and drinks for a set period of time. This is referred to as the non-feeding state and may last up to 16 hours per cycle. This is followed by a brief period of eating and drinking specific food groups that encourage speedy fat loss, and the development of lean body mass. This is referred to as the feeding
