Hi Jimmy and the Doc, I love your show and have been a listener from the first episode. I read Wheat Belly in December 2015 and stopped all grains and rice keeping carbs between 40-80g daily losing 35 pounds in four months and improving my reflux, IBS and other health issues. But then I noticed my energy became completely zapped to the point that I couldn’t get out of bed to workout anymore. I had my testosterone tested and it dropped below 200 in July 2016. My doctor said I have the testosterone of a 95-year old man. I began testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) with weekly injections and noticed my energy, drive, focus and capacity to exercise soared. But my weight also increased and now I can’t get into ketosis. I have consistently been in ketosis when I’ve measured in the morning and would stay in the state all day. I get that my body is recovering from a huge hormonal shock and I need to give it time to adapt. Is difficulty with
