Will Losing Fat Release Toxins Into Your Body on Keto and Intermittent Fasting?

Dr. Berg talks about losing fat and toxicity. In your liver, there is a function of phase I, II detoxification. The liver has these enzymes, and certain foods also contain these enzymes. Cruciferous vegetables are loaded with these enzymes (phytonutrients), which help rid these poisons. If you are losing lots of fat and releasing toxins into the body, you could develop a rash, itching, flu symptoms, etc. The immune system reacts by stirring up WBC (white blood cells) and releasing histamines, which is why you would get tired when you are detoxing.
