The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday Workplace Racism forum. The purpose of this weekly caucus is to refine non-white people's problem-solving abilities and to improve how black people think, speak, act and manage our emotions while at work. Any listeners who've unearthed the best method to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, evade demotions, write-ups, terminations or the other typical difficulties we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in and share details.
