The Context of White Supremacy hosts our Thursday weekly assembly on Workplace Racism. This broadcast is specifically designed to codify our problem-solving abilities and to refine how black people think, speak, act and control our emotions while on the job. Any listeners who have figured out the best methods to minimize conflict with White and/or non-white co-workers, avoid demotions, write-ups, terminations or the typical troubles we experience under Racist work conditions should be first to call in and share specifics. We always welcome the experiences of Black "entrepreneurs;" please, report how being "self employed" changes your contact with Whites on the job. We'll hear counter-racist strategies from listeners as well as individual reflections from your own work environment.
