    Snuffles

Many years ago, before you or your older siblings, parents - even before grandma, grandpa, great-grandma, and great-grandpa were born - there was a huge forest that was so big that mankind had not quite yet discovered all of it. It offered more than enough room to live for the most varied species of animals. One of them was a shy wood mouse named Snuffles.

Snuffles’ home was a cozy mouse hole under a tree. After an eventful day full of adventure, she always fell asleep snuggled into her pillow and dreamed of the different smells of the forest that her nose had taken in during the day - and of the other impressions the day had made on her. Then she experienced everything once more while she dreamed. There was the joy she had felt together with her forest friends, as well as the nerve-wracking moments, for even a mouse must be careful.

Snuffles loved when the morning rays of sun would flow into the little mouse hole and warmly caress her fur. This is how Snuffles most preferred to wake up. Then she stretched out all fours and took the fresh air into her little mouse lungs: Ahhh, how nice!
