INTRODUCTION
Imagine how different everything would be if you were able to master those destructive emotions which take control and seem to rule over your life. Imagine how different everything would be for you if you managed to master those negative emotions; those feelings of anger and rage.
The truth is that at some point everyone suffers from some type of anger management issues. Whether these issues are in the form of rage or frustration, they are unavoidable and inevitable.
Anger management issues are more prevalent than people think. However, people dealing with these types of raw emotions are not equipped to handle them.
Most people do not have the right tools to help them understand their anger, identify their anger triggers and battle those emotions the right way.
The truth is that the lack of self-discipline, anger, and other destructive emotions can easily ruin areas of someone’s life. By being unable to handle the emotions that have surfaced within them, suffers of these issues find everything affected from their professional lives to their personal relationships with their family and friends.
Moreover, individuals struggling with anger and frustration also find their body is weakened by these extreme emotions and emotional outbursts.
