- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Absolutely one of the most raw and honest books I've ever read, especially being about sobriety. I highlighted so much of it and quoted it daily. There is so much inspiration in here, I found my motivation to get sober and stay sober through this book. ? such an amazing read!!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Sparkling (non-alcoholic), inspiring and resplendent. A wonderful thoughtful and wise, funny and searingly honest book which I shall read again. Thank you for pointing the way, and taking the road less travelled.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5An honest and profound look at one woman’s journey with sobriety. Touching, raw, and at times prose-like, Laura McKowen wove her story and insights together in a colorful and stunning tapestry. This is a beautiful read for anyone - in recovery or not.
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5This book will always hold a special place in my own recovery as it was the first ‘QuitLit’ book I picked up. Laura story telling is engaging and her wisdom is digestible and incredibly relatable. Over the past year she has continued to be a voice of hope and inspiration to me.
