Workouts You Should Try for Losing Weight
Boot camp
To belong in the army, one has to be though. Recruits go through an exhausting training to take their bodies to a superior form, doing push-ups, sit-ups, jumps and squats. This discipline taken from the military training shackles circuits of intense exercises, which you do for about 30 to 60 seconds each one, taking a break for a few seconds between each exercise. The idea of this is to build up power and strength.
It has a high level of intensity, given that it consists in a sequence of quick movements, it also has a quick and very intense rhythm.
The cardio part of the training burns fat, while exercises like planks, mountain climbers and sit-ups work abs and other muscles from the core. This training includes multiple arm exercises. Some like bicep and triceps push-ups, can be done with hand weights or dumbbells.
Other, like push-up and moving planks, use your own body weight to strengthen the muscles.
Boot camp implies a big quantity of high impact exercises, like jumps and climbers. And due to the fact that it moves through a very quick sequence, the exercises are designed to strengthen the muscles of the whole body.
It requires little equipment because the exercises use mainly your own body weight for the starting boot camp programs. Hand weights, medicine balls and other types of gym equipment can be used too.
CrossFit
The definition of CrossFit is functional movements that are in constant rise to build up intensity. This is a conditioning program designed to create a response as wide as possible, it is not a specialized workout program, it is an attempt to optimize the physical capacity in these areas:
Cardiovascular and breathing resistance
Endurance
Balance
Coordination
Strength
Power
Speed
Agility
Flexibility
Precision
The CrossFit program was developed to improve the skills in all physical tasks. This exercise requires total physical prowess. CrossFit has proven to be successful in these fields.
Hot yoga or Bikram yoga
Bikram yoga is a variation of yoga popularized by Bikram Choudhury in the decade of 1970 in California. The patented practice consists in repeating the same postures in 26 cycles of adjusting through a 90-minute class.
These postures are designed to move fresh and oxygenated blood all over your body. The postures must be done in a specific order that never changes, with the purpose of getting the desired benefits. This traditional Bikram postures series does not include
