Observations On Life And Questions To Ask Yourself - Michael W
Introduction
Have you every wanted to just quit! Life can be difficult and there are challenges that need to be solved either at work or in the home.
Sometimes you just need to take some time to be by yourself and reflect on your life and the problems and how you can solve them. As you reflect you begin to realize that you have been successful in the past and you did overcome the challenges you faced. This lets you know that you can face the future as well and be successful.
In this volume of Life Reflections, you will read statements on different areas of your life and then be asked to reflect on some questions about your past situations as well as how you can change your future.
The best method to use the information in this book is to read the reflections slowly and take your time to understand what they are saying and how they actually talk about the situations in your life. Then read and answer the self-reflection questions and think about your answers and how they can improve your life and make it a happier and more enjoyable life for your relationships and your family.
You can make your life what you want it to be and enjoy it fully. The power to control your life and change your present situation and have a better future is up to you.
You have the power.

Life Observations and Self-discovery Questions
Volume 3
I am stronger when I believe in myself
I often second guess the decisions I make or the thoughts that are running through my head in my current state. I am afraid to voice my opinion in front of others and I sometimes question my judgment.
I start making changes now and I will let these practices be a thing of the past. I have the same rights as everyone else and I hold myself in high esteem. I have the right to be heard and to freely express my opinions. I have the right to be unsure and the right to uniquely be myself and to change my mind.
By closing my eyes and imagining what my confident self looks and feels like, I allow myself to have more confidence in everything I do.
I practice walking with confidence by imagining that I am standing tall with a large cape on my back and I feel more confident when doing this.
My belief that I am a capable, competent and unique individual makes me strong and assured. I feel stronger knowing that I can have more confidence by simply choosing behaviors that go along with being confident. I have the same rights as others and I believe that others must respect my rights as a human being.
Self- reflection questions:
What confident behaviors and qualities in others
