BANANA CAKE WITH PASSIONFRUIT ICING

PREP + COOK TIME 1 hour 30 mins + cooling SERVES 10

 125g butter, softened
 ¾ cup firmly packed brown sugar
 2 eggs
 1½ cups self-raising flour
 ½ teaspoon baking soda
 1 teaspoon mixed spice
 1 cup mashed banana
 ½ cup sour cream
 ¼ cup milk

PASSIONFRUIT ICING

 2¼ cups icing sugar
 2 teaspoons softened butter
 3 tablespoons passionfruit pulp
