Acknowledgments
Iwould like to give a special thanks to my mother, Inabelle for consistently supporting and encouraging me to finish my product as an author. I am very ecstatic that I believed in myself to accomplish my goal: to write a compelling book with earnest dimension and depth. I genuinely appreciate anyone, including my readers, who takes the time into reading this book. I wish for my important readers to have the luxury to enjoy the experience of reading my literary work. Thank you!
Introduction
Feeling Blue
The beginning of the book addresses the experiences that I have frequently encountered in my life. I loquaciously explain about the discrete yet relevant obstacles that I have faced, overcame, and endured. I always knew that I had a radically different perspective on the meaning of life; furthermore, that created a sense of loneliness and isolation. I believe that life is supposed to be an important and integral learning experience that allows people to understand on a comprehensive level what life really represents and symbolizes.
I have decided to efficiently utilize the fair amount of anguish in a way that readers can fully understand and relate to on a personal level. I indicate that there is an immense beauty in the sorrowful nature of sadness, let alone the optimistic side of the negativity. I see that America is a place engulfed with inequity, but it doesn’t have to be this way—it never did. Our nation—along with other countries—is in serious debt in the essential aspects of being compassionate, fair, and genuine toward one another.
If I could describe my book in one word, I would say, transformation.
The reason why transformation is very suitable for the overall theme is because the evolutionary nature of change is extremely evident in my writing. I speak at great length about my vision on how things should be and, more importantly, why the ideals need to be urgently executed and brought to life. I frequently note about how vision is an important guide for people. I have realized that Americans need to put aside their historical pride in order to accomplish what has been deemed the impossible. To look fiercely at the eye of the storm—without blinking, flinching, or cowering—and come out as an amazing victor capable of doing anything humanly imaginable.
The writing style that I possess in Feeling Blue: The American Republic, in my very honest opinion, is superbly motivational, heroic, and descriptive. Toward the middle of my book, it becomes transparently obvious that my purpose is to explore the solution to our ancient list of problems. The nonfiction book moves on from someone who feels like an exceptionally misunderstood outcast in society into an individual who is courageous enough to take the chances necessary to right the wrongs. I accurately explore polarizing topics, such as discrimination, racism, gun control, and much more. I voice my opinion about the nature of these subjects by providing much needed insights into probable disasters that could potentially take place.
As of right now, I am officially an American teenager—fifteen years and counting—and expressing my ideals and beliefs about the fate of American society. I may be considered a young kid who has an incredible amount of wisdom and knowledge to learn, but I am definitely confident about what I do already know. I am a champion for the underdog, and I believe that justice has to be served in order to counteract and reverse the injustices that have bullied our society into trembling submission. To an extent, we have become an unhealthy product of our alter ego, like experiencing adverse side effects to an experimental drug that radically alters one’s perception and clarity.
I am consciously aware of the fact that talk is seen as a cheap escape route; moreover, actions scream much louder and prouder, in the long run. Plans have to be carried out so that the brilliant vision can become an immediate reality that we live and breathe like airborne oxygen in the atmosphere. Otherwise, there is an impeccably grand dream that basically hangs in the balance between life and death, without having a motivated doer to bring it—the abstract creation—to life. I am very determined to stand by social and economic causes because it serves a nonperishable purpose for our humanity: to inspire true change for the sake of the greater good.
The book is an immensely great opportunity for readers to see my irrevocable passion, drive, and inner vision, especially toward the ending. I am very familiar with the phrase, the world needs dreamers and the world needs doers,
because people need to have vision in order to accomplish their goals on a tangible level. I believe that applying a dream by doing is an essential tool for anyone who is aiming to establish and attain an authentic level of success. I encourage for people to be themselves without being tied down to the stressful burden of worry about what other people think. The truth is that every experience is supposed to make each individual a stronger more capable version of themselves, regardless if the encounter was good, bad, or lukewarm.
The reason why my book has feeling blue
in the title is because I address the fact that our American society has become so corrupt, polluted, and malignant that it’s downright depressing. America is supposed to be the land of the free, but for some reason, people can’t even free themselves from the shackles of their own regressively rote thinking. Additionally, the excessive amount of violence is glamorized by the media so that it can be viciously kicked and thrown around, made fun of, laughed at, and ridiculed by fellow Americans. I express my sheer disdain for the behavior that we have ritualized and traditionalized; furthermore, the bluest aspect of this mockery is the fact that we continue to settle for less.
My main purpose is to inspire people to reach their full potential so that they can truly be free from their own bondage, as well as changing the face of our nation for the better. I believe that people should have high standards and expectations all around because that will eliminate the lackluster performance we have demonstrated in some of our unproductive behavioral tendencies and actions. I realized that there are many people who do their absolute best to promote positive innovation, progression, and put an end to the severity of inequity. I can only imagine how well our society would thrive if we worked together as a team since there is only room for vast improvement. We have all endured varying degrees of pain, but that doesn’t define us; we define ourselves by making the difference.

Modern Society
Throughout my entire existence, I have been referred to as an old soul. I have felt like an outsider my entire life, and it has haunted me for several years. I know that I am different from most because of my demeanor. I often wish that I had true friendship, in other words, someone who isn’t fake or insincere.
In modern society, we are so focused on just going with the flow. People lose their dignity and self-respect trying to excessively please their so-called friends. People have an inclination to be trendy, and they are extremely inconsistent in their behavior.
We have many advances in technology, but that doesn’t change our sense of stagnancy. Knowledge is supposed to be power; however, people use it for satire and information purposes only. They continuously dwell on the past and the negativity that is depressing.
I wonder why people behave and act the way they do toward other people. I have an inclination to feel like an outsider looking on the inside at the other people around me. Today, we focus all of our energy on materialistic and superficial matters. We are supposed to be founded on compassion; instead, we are callous and genuinely apathetic.
Cooperation and harmony is what society has been morally deprived from obtaining on a proficient level. Optimistically speaking, we have numerous methods of communication. Social media is an awesome technological resource to use that has made it easier to communicate with others despite location. The problem is when people use social media to berate and terrorize other people.
People have an unflinching pattern of absorbing knowledge only to utilize it for their own agenda. It is pure insanity to allow the horrid aspects of our history to keep repeating itself in our present. They are vain and selfish in which impairs them to function properly with one another. People should look beyond the past and present; they should plan and dream of their future life.
The most awful realization is when I became aware of how shallow and uncommitted people are in their everyday lives. I feel like there is something weird and strange about me because of the fact that my values and beliefs don’t line up with the inner workings in our society. I see how great our American society would be like if people decided to work together. I believe that my ideals about the future have the capacity to come true, but I am not naive
