‘I was a size 8 in my teens, a 10 in my 20s and 30s, and I am undoubtedly now a 12. When I graduated from size 10 to 12, it also shifted my attitude to exercise, turning up a surprising revelation. Up until then, I’d never exercised in order to lose weight. I enjoyed exercising. It wasn’t a chore.
