The Greek philosopher Heraclitus wrote “in life, change is the only constant.” That adage stands for the life of a restaurant, too. The challenge for chefs and restaurateurs has ever been to stay fresh and relevant, all while being true to their spirit. In Nashville’s climate of rapid change, that challenge becomes all the greater.
