Strawberry and lemon thyme scones

TAKES 30 mins SERVES 6

INGREDIENTS  250g self-raising flour  ½ tsp baking powder  50g butter, cubed and chilled  25g caster sugar, plus extra for sprinkling  150ml milk  7g freeze-dried strawberries or 75g freshly chopped strawberries  Few sprigs lemon thyme, leaves picked  1 egg, beaten  Strawberry jam and cream, to serve
