WELCOME, AND THANK you for taking the time to tune in and begin your journey to health, happiness, and stress-free mindful life. This audiobook, ‘12 Guided Meditations, Guided Hypnosis Sessions and Affirmations for Women,’ aims to be your guide and your strength on your journey to wholeness. You will take a series of easy to understand yet highly effective meditations, exercises, and affirmations to integrate daily in your life. Although this audiobook is mainly for women, the guided narrative is open to all and anyone suffering from stress, anxiety, inability to sleep, and overthinking, should find these exercises helpful.
You will need to find or create a comfortable and quiet space for the self-hypnosis exercises which you can perform lying down. Listening to these while driving or riding a bike is strongly discouraged and not advised due to the nature of hypnosis.
Each meditation aims to induce a specific effect, and there are two short meditations and a longer one. The meditations this narrative will be guiding you through are for three different self- development areas; relaxation, to stop overthinking, anxiety and stress, and for relaxation, stopping thinking and deep sleep. Each short meditation can be performed in just 15 minutes while each long one in 30. There is also the implication that the short meditations are advised to be performed on a weekday, allowing you to integrate meditation into daily life, and any potential struggles
