    1 clove Garlic (crushed; or use 1/2 clove of milder garlic flavor)

    1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning

    Optional: 1/4 tsp of Baking powder

    For Cinnamon Sugar (Churro) Chaffles

    3/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

    1/4 tsp of Baking powder (optional)

    1/2 tbsp of Butter (thawed)

    1 huge Egg

    2 tbsp of Erythritol

    1/2 tsp of Cinnamon

    1 tbsp of Butter (thawed; for topping)

    1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract

    2 tbsp of your Blanched almond flour or 2 tsp of coconut flour

    1/4 cup of Erythritol (for topping)

    Optional, for texture: 1/2 tsp of Psyllium husk powder

    3/4 tsp of Cinnamon (for topping)

    For Pumpkin Chaffles:

    1/2 oz of Cream cheese

    Optional: 1/2 tsp of Vanilla extract

    1 huge Egg

    2 tbsp of Pumpkin puree

    Optional: 1/4 tsp of Baking powder

    1/2 tbsp of Pumpkin pie spice

    2 1/2 tbsp of Erythritol

    1/2 cup of Mozzarella cheese (shredded)

    3 tsp of Coconut flour

    For Spicy Jalapeno Popper Chaffles:

    1/2 tbsp of Jalapenos

    Optional: 1/4 tsp of Baking powder

    1 huge Egg

    1 cup of Cheddar cheese (shredded)

    1 oz of Cream cheese

    2 tbsp of Bacon bits

    Directions

    1. Heat up your waffle iron for like 5mins, until it become hot.

    2. If your recipes have cream cheese, firstly position it into your bowl. Gently heat up into microwave for (~15-30 seconds) or a double boiler, until it become soft and effortless to stir.

    3. Stir in the entire other outstanding ingredients (apart from toppings, in case any).

    4. Decant sufficient of your chaffle batter into your waffle maker to envelop the surface well. (That's like 1/2 cup of batter for a usual waffle maker and 1/4 cup for your mini waffle maker.)

    5. After that allow cooking for 3-4mins until it become browned and crunchy.
