About this ebook
This is an educational ebook for the Lily4Refugees project and is my voice for the voiceless. It includes three stories: Leo & Mousi - Refugees Unwanted, Love & Loyalty - The Lonely Ducky, Lucky – From Zero to Hero. The three anti-discrimination and anti-racism stories will teach young readers about the importance of education, school, and work. They are also an eye-opening wake-up call for governments, lawmakers, and our selfish and condescending society to include refugees and integrate them in their refugee country, instead of excluding them from education and holding them back from training and work opportunities. Every single refugee deserves an education and the chance to be trained and the chance to work in their field of interest and ability. Every single refugee is gifted and should be supported! Only in this way can our society progress. Only in this way will the next generation be able to become independent, useful, valued, and taxpaying members of our society.
LEO & MOUSI, REFUGEES UNWANTED!
The story of the little refugee mouse Tobi tells us that we should never judge anyone by their size, race, and looks! Because there is a little mouse in every mighty Leo and a mighty Leo in every little mouse. Never underestimate anyone! Treat everyone with kindness, understanding, respect and love.
This story was inspired by the refugee crises in Europe that was created by greed for power by so-called modern western countries and has destroyed millions of innocent’s life’s and countries. Too many people lost everything they had and loved to become war refugees! A painful journey that leads to a future in misery and uncertainty. This book is also available as illustrated book in print in English, German, Italian and Spanish.
LOVE & LOYALTY - THE LONELY DUCKY
There is a saying ‘Blood makes you related, loyalty makes you family’. And yet self-love and loyalty are even more important because it helps you to survive all kinds of challenges and difficulties in life. Charlie is a little lonely duck suffering from memory loss. He ends up in the city park of Vienna in Austria and is desperately looking for love and loyalty. He tries to fit in, in different bird communities, but wherever he goes, he feels displaced. Inclusion and acceptance become a huge challenge for his little heart and soul. But miracles do happen when you least expect it! “Love & Loyalty” is an educational anti-discrimination and anti-bullying story about acceptance and inclusion for young and young at heart readers. This story is also available as illustrated book in print in English, German and Italian.
LUCKY - FROM ZERO TO HERO
This is the story of an unhappy and nameless dog stuck in a smelly and unfriendly animal shelter in Ireland. Just when you think there is absolutely no hope for a better and meaningful future, life surprises you. Lucky shares his incredible and exciting life story and how he became a hero from zero. This story is also available in German, Italian and Spanish.
