A lot of great information, however, some of it was repeated. This doc could easily be condensed to 15 pages vs 39.

INTRODUCTION

It is normal to have moments of worry or fear, but it is not normal for the feeling to be intense when it is not motivated. When a feeling of intense nervousness, fear, or a feeling of being out of your own body without provocation, a panic attack occurs in that case. While these are usually not harmful, the situation is very uncomfortable. If panic attacks go untreated or if they progress, serious complications can occur.

Symptoms Of Panic Attacks

A fight or flight response may be necessary for certain situations. A feeling of restlessness is normal when someone is assaulted, in shock, or under great stress. But if these intense feelings are coming out of nowhere, like in a park or while relaxing at home, it's probably a panic attack.

Panic attacks can come on suddenly and last anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours. If they last longer than an hour, it may be appropriate to call a doctor or emergency services. Although symptoms generally vary, there are signs that appear with the majority of panic attacks.

The feeling of overwhelming fear is one of the initial signs, and it turns into a more pronounced feeling of unhappiness. Someone feels that the walls are approaching or that it becomes more difficult to breathe. The temperature seems to change because it is too hot or too cold.
