INTRODUCTION
EVERYONE BECOMES ANXIOUS and sometimes worries. This is a part of the experience you get when you are a human. A little worry and fear are great because it raises awareness and warns us of the possible danger that is ahead. In this regard, anxiety can be quite normal, and you may get into a lot of problems if you are not worried at all!
Anxiety becomes an unhealthy problem when it takes control of your life and takes you out of balance in a way that you focus only on the object that is making you apprehensive.
Let us take a look at some types of anxiety, and it is important that you get a correct diagnosis before thinking of any treatment. It will make a huge difference in the world and determine whether you can reduce or totally eliminate abnormal anxiety once and for all in your life.
1. Generalized Anxiety
The first type of anxiety/fear is an umbrella type category called generalized anxiety. As the term suggests, this form of fear is defined by extreme and constant anxiety about a variety of things. People with GAD are generally doom-and-gloom types, behaviors that really don't make them popular with many people. In fact, this form of fear often gets worse as it makes them isolate themselves from friends and family. Who wants to deal with a wart all day?
Some of these symptoms can be due to causes other than anxiety-like stress or physical exhaustion, but a person with generalized anxiety can be cranky and tense due to the excessive anxiety that prevents them from having a good night's rest.
