      This book is dedicated to the memory of one of my greatest cheerleaders, my Grandfather, Edward Sepulveda. I know that he would have been proud of his little red head for chasing her dreams. How I miss our Sabbath afternoon chats and watching his face light up with  pride when I succeeded  in reaching one of my goals.

      I would like to thank my little sister who like all younger siblings knew which buttons to press to irritate and annoy, but the very next moment inspired me with her belief that I could do anything.

      Then there is my Grandmother who my sister and I lovingly refer to as Mom. Sadly upon this earth the language barrier has prevented us from sitting down and holding a conversation without the aid of someone to interpret. But I would not have had the strength to make this book without the aid of her love and prayers.       A special thanks to my Uncle John for all the times he fixed my computer. If it had not been for his computer savvy there are many times that I would have spent months without a working computer unable to get anything accomplished.

      Also I would like to thank my Aunt Jeannette and Uncle Charles who dipped into their limited budget to pay for the professional photo shoot and the photograph that was chosen to be the author’s photo for this book. I really enjoyed the experience and I will always cherish the memory of that adventurous day.

      And to my little pup Happy who curled up on my lap to see what I was doing and give his tail wag of approval.

      But most of all I give thanks to God whose love has never failed me. I know that through trial and tribulation He has remained firmly by my side helping me to endure the hour of trial. Comforting me in my hour of need and lovingly revealing to me the short comings in my character.

      I am convinced that His love knows no bounds. That is why He is the inspiration of every word that composes this book, but more importantly He is my hope and the source of my greatest joy.
