Vanilla Sponge Cake

Ingredients:

1 ¾ cup sugar, granulated

4 large eggs

1 cup milk, whole

1 stick butter, unsalted

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 cup cake flour

1 cup all-purpose flour

½ teaspoon table salt

2 teaspoon baking powder

Directions:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350-degrees. Lightly grease the bottom and sides of two 8-inch cake pans. Set to the side for the moment.
