Time to CUT BACK?

It’s safe to say that 2020 has been an incredibly challenging year, and life continues to be pretty uncertain for many of us. So it comes as no surprise, then, that many people are drinking more.

A survey by Alcohol Change UK has revealed that one in five of us have been drinking more frequently since the lockdown in March. As many of us continue to work and spend more time at home, Drinkaware UK warns that thousands of people are at risk of developing risky drinking habits.
