Add apple cider vinegar to your water, and it will help to control your blood sugar levels which will kick that sluggish metabolism into touch even more.
Snacks and meals should be a mixture of lean protein combined with healthy fats and complex carbohydrates.
Include spices, chilis, and peppers in your recipes for an added boost PLUS of course veggies, fruits, and whole grains.
