A graduate of Yale University, he is the author of several books on real estate investing and finance, including "What Every Real Estate Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow..." and "Mastering Real Estate Investment." Gallinelli now serves as an adjunct assistant professor in Columbia University's Master of Science in Real Estate Development program, where he has taught real estate investment analysis since 2003.
