Baked Panko Crusted Cod
This is a simple and delicious fish recipe you can make with ease. Serve with a side salad or a side of mashed potatoes for the tastiest results.
Makes: 4 servings
Total Prep Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
2 pounds of cod, cut into pieces
2 cups of panko breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 egg white
½ tsp. of garlic salt
½ tsp. of powdered onion
1/8 tsp. of black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.
2. In a bowl, add in the egg and egg white. Whisk well until lightly beaten. In a separate bowl, add in the breadcrumbs, garlic salt, powdered onion and black pepper. Stir gently to mix.
