Having a mobile optimized website is the first step of your Mobile-First strategy.

My name is Sandeep Arora, and I am the CEO of Telezent.  I work with and help companies succeed online.  Along with my team at Telezent, we have helped over 25 companies design and develop mobile websites of different architectures. In the early days (2011) when mobile optimization guidelines were not very clear, we made many mistakes and learnt from that experience.

What I write in this book comes from my experience at Telezent with my Design & Development Team – what we learnt, the mistakes we made and success factors.

My objective was to create a practical and actionable book with a lot of visuals.
