Living Life Meditative Way: Achieving Big Sooner or Later-Magically (Part 1 of 2): Living Life Meditative Way, #1
()
About this ebook
This is the first part of the book series "LIVING LIFE MEDITATIVE WAY," where you will find 48 different real-life situations in which one can maintain stability of mind, calmness, and happiness by practicing staying in a meditative state.
Imagine a situation when there is a good flow of happiness to your heart when you are in a peaceful valley with limitless greenery, colorful blossomed flowers, fragrances, the utmost serenity, superb curvilinear shapes all around, and a gentle breeze that can soothe you.
But what about your happiness when you come back to harsh reality and your mind travels through a state of turbulence due to numerous distractions from all around? The fact is that going to the cave of a mountain and escaping the realities of family, society, and professional life may not be a good solution for most of us.
Obviously, distractions tend to interrupt and obstruct our work or advancements badly, making us frustrated and stressed. Then what is the way through which we can not only win over the distractions but also go ahead and achieve many "big" things and remain genuinely happy? One of the correct answers will be "meditative way."
"Will that make following the path difficult?" Usually, the question will be raised again.
The correct and direct answer will be: "Not at all." In fact, that is a natural way. In most cases, we simply need to go back to the original state.
The biggest advantage everyone has is that their original nature is to remain calm and stable. As the distractions will be present all the time, more or less, irrespective of whether you like them or not, the winning strategy will be to make efforts to be in the original state, known as "the meditative state."
In this book, we will explore how to remain in a meditative state, remain happy, and achieve big things.

A CONFESSION
I initially wrote the book for myself so that by reading about my own experiences and feelings that I gathered over the years through observations in different personal, professional, and social situations and occasions, I could enhance my level of focus, maintain calmness and happiness, and enhance my ability to work during various distractive situations.
Later on, I felt that both books of the series would be helpful for all.
DEDICATED TO
