    INSTITUTE OF BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT-STUDENT COUNCIL Resolution No.11 S.Y. 2011-2012 RESOLUTION REQUESTING TO RELEASE THE AMOUNT OF TWO THOUSAND PESOS (P2, 000.00) FROM THE COLLECTION OF IBM-SC FEES TO PAY FOR JANITORIAL SERVICES IN THE INSTITUTE. WHEREAS, the Institute of Business and Managements janitor, Mr. Dondon Dela Cruz will be on leave for a month; WHEREAS, the Institute of Business and Management hired janitorial services for the duration of the janitors leave. WHEREAS, the amount needed to pay of the janitorial services for one month is two thousand pesos (P2, 000.00); now therefore be it; RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the amount of two thousand pesos (P2, 000.00) from the collection of IBM-SC Fees be released; RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to the Office of the Institute Student Council, Chairman of Student Services and Development Unit and Office of the Dean; Done this 9th day of January 2012 at the Office of the Institute of Business and Management Student Council (IBM-SC), Tarlac College of Agriculture, Malacampa Camiling, Tarlac.
