It will involve following: h Creating workflows in RightNow h Interacting with business/technical stakeholders for process understanding h Understanding the schema, Creating multiple reports from Schema h Develop plugins for multiple CRM tools and integrate with multiple web services. h Provide production support Skill-Set h Must have good problem solving skills and basic database knowledge h Should have some scripting & .Net knowledge (Should) h Exposure to CRM tool like -Salesforce, Sibel, Right Now (Nice to have) h Exposure to reporting system/BI Tool (Nice to have) Eligibility: 1. Qualification: BE (CS/IS/Instrumentation) 2012 Batch 2. 10th/SSLC: Min 60% (1st attempt pass out) 3. 12th/PUC: Min 60% (1st attempt pass out) 4. Diploma: Min 60% (1st attempt pass out) 5.
