Survey Report at Wal-Mart/Western union

July, 18, 2012 I shopped at Wal-Mart today 7/18/12 from 11:05am to 12:18pm. I checked out at 12:19pm and spent $18.97 plus $1.33 on tax. Total amount spent was $20.30. Checkout was about six minutes at the cash register. I visited Electronics, sporting goods, Mens apparel, Mens shoes, Household, Luggage, Paints Plumbing, Automobile, Fishing, Music and Garden departments. My evaluations: All merchandises at these departments were well lit, clearly visible and clearly prized to understand. Merchandises were very reachable at most of the departments I visited. Some departments have customer representatives but most departments didnt have customer service representatives to answer your questions. The store smelled good. The music department had a huge container of DVDs which were not easily accessible. If these DVDs were displayed in a flat shallow container these would be easily accessible, be selected and sell fast. There were merchandises displayed in the middle of the floor, these have cluttered customers pathways and have made it difficult to maneuver shopping carts easily throughout the store. Customer Service Professional: They all wore Wal- Mart uniform and identifiable tag. They didnt smile or greet you when they pass by you. After my check out at cash register I didnt hear thank you and come back again and we appreciate your business.

Western Union. I visited local Western Union shop at 13:51pm to 1:54pm. I transferred to Crystal Ray, 215 Brickell Avenue, Miami Florida 33131 Name and Address of Sender Reginald Darko 45 Nesbit Terrace, Irvington. NJ 07111 Control Number: MTCN: 868-387-8876 Amount Wired: $630 and $40.00 service fee.

Evaluation: The store is not spacious and clouded with other merchandises, Western Union money transfer forms are not on display, and customer must request the form. The store is well lit. Service is slow but customer service representative was courteous and thankful after service. The store room has no air conditioning; room temperature was hot and unbearable. Prepared by Reginald Darko.
