Comments Great job. MF found some of the tasks to be quite difficult and he became quite frustrated. But you did a very good job of calming him down, motivating him between subtests by playing with him, and making his time here a positive experience for him. You did an excellent job of mentally noting different observations (as evident in the report you wrote), but try to include more observations in the protocol. This is

Comments A few places where things could have been said a little more concisely. Good You did a good job of balancing getting the message across that MF has significant difficulties while highlighting what he could do. Good Good Your report was very person-centered. You had a lot of examples and spoke about MF rather than the test. Well done! Good

Comments Yes all of them Yes all of them Yes all of them Yes all of them Yes. You had some really good insights and ideas about what further assessments to administer. You completed everything that was asked. I also really appreciated you looking over and fixing up another student's report when she was away and not being able to look at it on time. Those little things to help the team and client are very much appreciated. Yes. Your own and, as previously mentioned, you did one for another student. I also appreciated when you contacted me to make sure I didnt need anything else from you before you were going to be away from the computer for a few days. I really appreciated your feedback and input into the cognitive assessments. You would have been ready for the cognitive practicum, and I'm confident that you will be a strong member of any team next year.
