In view of your continued failure and/or refusual to settle the unpaid monthly amortization due under Contract,which as of May 2012 amounts of Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Twenty Pesos and Seventy Six Cents, (Php 19,520.76) despite the lapse of more than sexty (60) days from receipt of written demand, we regret to serve you this Notice of Delinquency and Cancellation. In accordance with Section 4 of Republic Act No.6552,otherwise known as the Realty Installment Buyer Protection Act,the Contract shall be deemed cancelled and of no force of effect thirty (30) days from receipt hereof. Entitile to refund shall be governed by Section 3 of the contract and the pertinent provision of R.A 6552,and can be claimed from Corporations office at Woroldwide Corporate Center, Mandaluyong City within the same period of thirty (30) days from receipt hereof.
