For Wednesday, August 1, 2012, Please review the following matters that we have taken up 1.

Penalties - What we have already discussed. The categories and the individual periods. We will take up the Indeterminate Sentence Law after midterms. 2. Aggravating Circumstances - Read the Codal, memorize the circumstances. The annotations in the book I prescribed - pay particular attention in the different applications of the aggravating circumstances on a case to case basis and the integral requisites of each, you will learn these in the cases and all of these are in the book. I want you to read the originals of the following in particular as they will aid in your appreciation of the circumstances:
