I also monitor the parameter of brine purification, Chlorine and Hydrogen washing, drying, compression, liquefaction, filling, the evaporation of caustic soda and the quality of cooling water, de-mineralized water, boiler feed water. I involve myself in the analysis of various parameters related to Chloro-alkali plant. Manpower allocation. Quality monitoring to ensure final norms. Production Planning. Initial start up and smooth shut down incorporating with other departments. Arrangement of different shifts and making schedule of work. Leading my subordinates Always ensure safety of people, equipments and instruments. Report to the higher respective Authorities efficiently (Daily Production Report, Problem Analysis and corresponding Solution or Advancement etc.) Process Analysis: Free Cl2, Ca, Mg, Alkalinity, Acidity, CO3, SO4, Suspended Solid etc.
