Notes may be used on quizzes only. Tests are given at the end of each chapter. **If student is failing or struggling on quizzes and tests, Friday tutoring for 1 hour will be required. One week notice given.

Dear Students, Please sign your name on the lines below as an acceptance of the class agreement. I am aware that homework will not be accepted after the given due dates unless changed by the teacher. I am aware that if I am struggling or failing on tests or quizzes I will be required to attend one hour of tutoring on an assigned Friday. Friday tutoring will be assigned at least 3 days ahead of time. I am aware that retakes on tests and quizzes are not available. I can only raise a test grade by completing test corrections. I am aware that if I am caught cheating on any assessment I will receive a score of zero for that assessment. I will also receive a referral to the assistant principal and my parent/guardian will be contacted. I am aware that if I missing several days of school and requesting work I must give the teacher at least 48 hours notice. I am aware that if I am absent I am still responsible for notes and homework for that day.
