The French Department has asked you to help them organise a five-day educational trip to Paris for the Year 11 French option students. Task: Physical safety in a business environment The organisers want to make sure that the students and staff understand about physical safety in a business environment. You have been asked to provide the text and images for a document that will be given to the students. In your explanation you must include the potential danger for each measure. Measures to protect physical safety: What are the trip hazards? e.g. trailing cables What could overloading sockets do? Why do we need space around desks in office? How do you position the equipment to avoid falls? What are the things should not be placed near a machine? AO1 Helpsheet.doc How do you check if the environment is suitable for the working? E.g Heating and ventilation Write about each of these points and include images from the Internet if relevant Open your document & continue adding details.
