Where do we put the adverb?


Look at these sentences:
Sally always wears a hat.
He never goes to the cinema.
Mr Wu usually goes to his mothers house.
I sometimes feel bored.
Notice that the adverbs are placed after the person.
Now look at these sentences:
She is always smiling.
He is never home.
They are usually busy.
She is sometimes late for class.
In sentences with IS/ARE or WAS/WERE, the adverbs are placed after it.
